Costco Poppyseed Dressing (w/ Spinach Salad)

Dang. The dressing is amazing. What's in that stuff? Crack, probably. Anyone have an idea where it I can buy it by the bottle? Ironically, Costco will only sell it in little cups included with the spinach salad (which is also rather addictive).

I happened to see a recipe online at Costco...in their Cookin In Style the Costco way. It was some nectarine salad with a poppy seed dressing. The dressing looked suspiciously familiar. Wonder if that's the recipe they use???

I too have asked about this yummy dressing and I was told they make it up daily. The employee I talked to made it sound like it was from a premade mix. But getting any info about it was difficult. It's like it's a guarded secret.

Surely, some Costco employee knows where that dressing comes from. It must come in some sort of container and be available from somewhere. Inquiring minds need to know!!!!
