So this place STIX just opened and I guess their big thing is serving everything on flavored STIX. I think they are owned by the same people who own 33 Rest & Lounge. They did not get the most favorable review. My question is...How are they flavoring the stix or skewers they are serving the meat or vegetables on. Are they marinating the actual Stix or buying them pre-seasoned? Has anyone been there yet??

      Thats insane...I dont know what too think about a chef/restaurant using those.

      Have you ever used the skewers? if so are they good?

        I actually ran into the product at the Las Vegas food show. They are not bad for hors d'ouevres. I can't imagine building a restaurant around them!

    2. I stumbled in to this place back in December. It ended up being a promotional event for some liquor. Anywho, by that time it was more of a club/lounge than a restaurant but they were serving hor'dourves and some on skewers. Guess I didn't put two and two together, but like I said, I stumbled in to the place.
