Restaurant with a wine cellar

I know this is a long shot, but thought I'd ask anyway. A friend of mine went to a reception at an Italian restaurant with a wine cellar. He said it was somewhere in the burbs, and they actually had the party down in the cellar and that the food was great. Does anyone have an idea where he might be talking about? Thanks for any feedback.

Maybe, just maybe, it was Savona.

A few years ago, Ralph's had a location in Ambler. Their wine cellar was in the downstairs level, and it was enclosed in glass so it was pretty much all along one wall. Not a traditional wine cellar, technically speaking, but visuaslly it was pretty cool. They held their private parties dsownstairs, so it could be it.

I think Primavera in Ardmore has a wine cellar/bank vault downstairs that they use for stuff.

It may have been Alberto's in Newtown Square. They recently became the Newtown Square Grill (I think).
