Enoodles is a very good Asian restaurant compared to everything else here, and it's right on Hwy 17S. Fresh ingredients, good dishes. Try the shrimp stuffed eggplant appetizer, excellent! I also second Pat & Mikes in Little River, it's a decent place for sandwiches and comfort food, and they have good bands for entertainment there at night as well.

Mostly Chinese Buffets available along the strand. Most have good selection of choices spanding the range of chinese entrees. Ocean Garden on Rt 17 offers mongolian grill along with buffet items. New Hibachi Grill in Calabash is good. For non-buffet Asian, Enoodle is very good.
