Favor: Anyone have Cook's Ill. Cookbook?

I'm visiting my parents and we had planned to make roast chicken tomorrow night, but I've forgotten the temperature settings for the Simple Roast Chicken recipe. Does anyone have this cookbook that can help me out? I can almost tell you the page number--I think it's 356.

350. It's the recipe I always use. Internal temperature of the bird should be 165-170 as measured in the thigh.
