Any opinions on Austin's Steak and Wine in Dobbs Ferry?

Just off of main street. We noticed it parking for the sushi place right around the corner (we got tired of the whole Sushi Mikes thing after a while, and it's just as good). I would be interested if anyone has tried it yet.

  1. I just moved to Dobbs Ferry two months ago and went to Austin's once. I am actually headed back for the second time tonight. I thought it was very good and reasonably priced. I had the filet mignon on garlic toast and you get a salad, choice of potato, and vegetable with it. Not a la carte. Was only $27 if I remember correctly. Only funny thing is that they are called "steak and wine" but they one have one choice of wine by the glass for each type. And, I agree, Sushi Niji is good, but I still love Sushi Mike's. I used to go there for many years.

    1. Update:
Per Westchester Magazine Zuppa Chef David DiBari and FoH Manager Michael O'Neill have bought restaurant and will transform it into a modern Italian eatery.
      More detail TBA/TBD.
