Valentine's Date Spot

Looking for a good find for a Valentine's Date. I want something cozy and romantic. I don't have a set budget but hopefully nothing outrageous. I would prefer a restaurant that has a special menu, possible fixed, for V-day. I am a vegetarian. I don't really have a preference for type of food. Possible Italian in North End? Or maybe something less cliche? Any hidden spots?
