We have reservations for lunch this Friday at 12:45 PM - How long should we plan on being there? We're in absolutely no hurry, but are trying to plan the balance of the day.

I second Miss Needle. Two hours is a good amount of time to budget for lunch.

I've only been there for dinner. I'm assuming lunch service generally goes a bit faster to accommodate those working. I would say two hours would suffice.
