Sushi (not toooo pricey)

Hey everyone,

I'll be in the city with some girlfriends in a couple of weeks, and we are craving some good sushi! I'm looking for something around midtown, and preferably not too pricey. I lived in NYC briefly and have tried a few places, but nothing really struck me as memorable. Any recommendations?

Thanks!

Yuka on 2nd avenue off 81st street has a $20 all you can eat sushi. For all you can eat, the quality is actually pretty good.

definitely agree with Yuka. it's very reasonably priced. it's fairly small though, so i'd recommend reservations if you've got a group.

I recommend Chiyoda Sushi on 41st Street between 5th and Madison.

I'd like to keep it around $20-$25 per person at the most. We will most likely just each order one roll.

I don't know of many places that charge $20 for just one roll.

I'd recommend Shimizu or Sushi Jun. Shimizu's a little pricier, but provides excellent quality. Sushi Jun is cheaper, a great value, and is extremely intimate.
