Park Slope restaurants for kids

My sister and her family (4 year old and 1 year old) are coming in to town next weekend to visit. We normally aren't out for dinner at times when there are kids eating, so I'm not sure which places in the hood are kid/stroller friendly for dinner. Any suggestions? How about for brunch as well?

We've taken our 4 year old to some of restaurants in the area you wouldn't normally think of as kid friendly and never felt anything less than welcomed (Stone Park, Moutarde, AOC). We do particularly enjoy Blue Ribbon (we arrive between 5 and 6 typically) and La Villa.

Well, Two Boots is the classic answer. You might want to check out the Park Slope Parents' website for other options too. Note: 2nd Street Cafe - popular for weekend family brunch = recently closed.

I had heard that Tempo was not child friendly. Can someone confirm this?
