Is it possible to buy an authentic Poulet Bresse in Los Angeles?(Uncooked)

If not, what is the absolute highest quality chicken one can purchase, without regard to price.

Surfas has them on occasion. I believe there is only one distributor in the US. They were tasty-- we made one last month. My favorite chickens are the ones sold at the HFM by Kendor.
