Where To Buy Moscatel Vinegar On Line ?
For less than $15.00 a bottle. Tasted this heavenly stuff a few weeks ago and am addicted but it's PRICEY !!!!!!!

Formaggio kitchen has a pricier one, but the La Guinelle from France in the Collioure region is drinkable straight from the bottle. It is a whole new experience. They started with a Banyuls vinegar which is fabulous as well.

Moscatel vinegar made by the Spanish brand Unió is Sharon Adriana's (Ragazza, Gialina) favorite for dressings and adds a complex, fruity note. It's available at Whole Foods, at San Francisco's Rainbow Grocery in the bulk section, and at many specialty stores. If you can't find it, use Champagne vinegar.
