A Toast to Bread in St. Paul

Another thread about the Strip Club mentioned A Toast to Bread. I did not know that's where it was -- in Dayton's Bluff. I see their bread at the coop and at the farmer's market but thought it would be fun to drop in. Are they open usual hours? Do they have tables or is it just for take out? Do they have their empanadas? I still remember them and all their other great food from long-lost Garuda decades ago.
