Returning from self-imposed rural exile to LA next week on business and wanted to pick up some tofu-making stuff...

Can you believe there aren't any fresh tofu shops in rural Western Colorado? I was shocked...

So now I'm looking for wooden molds, nigari/coagulant and maybe an electric soy milk maker. Planning to hit a wide range of the usual suspects: 168, Galleria, various 99 Ranches and a few of the other markets in MP/Alhambra/SG and so on, but wanted to know if anyone had more targeted intel on where to buy this stuff.

TIA

Oh, and BTW, four months is far too long for a hound to go without fish tacos, banh mi, cha gio or dim sum...
