Dragon Beard Candy for Chinese New Year?

Does anyone know if there is anywhere in the GTA that will be making (or selling) Dragon Beard Candy?

I've whipped myself into a frenzy watching the making of, videos on Youtube!

Do you know where in Pacific Mall? Because the last few times I've been there, the Dragon Beard stall wasn't in the usual place (near the escalators). I'm not into the candy that much, but they also used to sell these sweet dumplings which I love and I've been going crazy because I don't know where else to get them.

            Hi,
I was up on Saturday and the stall was there. They had both the dumplings and the dragon beard candy. I'd never tasted it before. Yum!
It is situated sort of between the two escalators, near the large Telus setup.

i was looking for pre-packaged, pre-made dragon beards, but had no luck finding any at pacific mall, seeing that the trolley wasnt in operation. then i asked around, and they said the dragon beard making trolley comes out in the weekend!

There is an article about Dragon beard candy in the Star today (pg L16). It is all about the guy at the Pacific Mall, so he is definitely still there (although he is thinking about retiring). They also list a couple of places to order on line: www.yuzumura.com , and www.bamboogarden.com.hk
                Hope that helps

I bought some in early January while in Pacific Mall!!!
At a stand by the escalator going up ^^ !
I was kind of surprised to see them and HAD to buy it cuz I hadn't seen them there in a long time.

I remember just standing there for hours when I was kid watching them make that stuff, ha!

Recall that the Chinese mall (Dragon Centre?) on the southwest corner of Dundas and Spadina and of course if you go to that Chinese New Year's market (was at the CNE) there are lots of stands there that make it.
