Senseo and compatable pods...

howboy Jan 25, 2008 08:28 PM

Just got one of those Senseo machines and I was wondering if there were any threads about pods other than the Senseo pods that you CHs succesfully use in this system, or if anyone cares to share their wisdom and experience on the matter. Also, if you have some leads to good pods, can you include the site (virtual or real) where you get them. thanks!!

If you go to the singleservecoffee.com forum you will find more info about the Senseo machine and compatible pods than you could ever want to know. Many pod reviews there and tips.

Had one, and got rid of it. I didn't care for the coffee, and had to use two pods every time I wanted a full mug of coffee. I got a new one that uses the K Cups, and love it.

There are a lot of online places selling better pods. www.bettercoffee.com is one off the top of my head. Never actually used it any of them, so I can't vouch for them.

I have found that the Archer Farms pods at Target are much better than the Senseo branded pods. They are also individually wrapped. Unfortunately a few months ago, Target dropped the price of Senseo pods...the AF pods used to be a little cheaper, now they are a little more expensive.
