Weird question, but where in town can one find a proper hand-dipped corn dog? The only prospect I could think of is The Penguin, but I'm not 100% sure that they make their own. Boy, when you get the sudden craving for carnival food, you're embarking on a long, arduous quest!

They do make their own. Along with their awesome burgers and fried pickles, their hand dipped corndogs were featured on the Food Network - Diners, Drive Ins & Dives. Also, it has been confirmed to me by the owners and employees.
