Is anyone familiar with them? Besides pizza they also serve chicken wings, sandwiches, soups and salads. I am interested because they deliver.

I can't help but post a comment on this one. I live in Arizona now, but went to college at Wash U in the early 90s around the time that Pointers first opened up. Definitely the kind of pizza that you order late at night after a lot of beer and God knows what else. I lived in a fraternity house and Pointers was particularly popular because there was one particular delivery person who would deliver a lot more than just pizza. Think an "herbal" remedy that's much more common in Amsterdam than pizza joints in STL. Fond, fond memories. And I'd kill for some Imo's right now......

As a Wash. U. student, I'm definitely familiar with Pointer's. I'd say that quantity, not quality, is the main aim there. Very reminiscent of Domino's. With places in the area like Casa Dilla (and depending on where you are, possibly La Pizza) that deliver, I'd personally opt for something else...

I had some a few months back at my daughter's Brownie meeting. It was okay, nothing special. We ordered the huge size, which was more than enough for 30 hungry Brownies.

This is a place I used to frequent in college. It's the kind of pizza that you order at 2 a.m., but I've never tried anything other than the pizza.
