Recently made it and they tacos are delicious. the tortilla is good and the pork is oh so tender. there have a choice of salsa, but yellow peppers complimented the pork perfectly. an excellent filling for a corn tortilla, a perfect combination. The burger with grilled onions is not to be missed.
