        <content>In case anyone else is addicted to truffles...Nicholas is doing a Truffle menu! I got me a reservation for next Friday...can't wait!!! &lt;drool&gt;

Now that the Barbaresco/Black Truffle Dinner with Giovanni Paquera-Elia of Paitin on Tuesday, January 29th is sold out, we will be offering The Black Truffle menu without the wines for the next few weeks at Nicholas.

The cost of the Black Truffle Menu is $105 per person.

      <content>At first blush, it may seem weird that chicken is on the menu.  However, the fact is that chicken + truffles = a classic combination in French cooking.  The truffles are usually tucked under the skin.  </content>
