Corn tortilla chips topped with refried beans, melted cheese, diced green peppers, tomatoes, onions, green olives and guacamole. Does anyone know where I can get this awesome Mexican snack food in Austin?

      This is more layered.

I am unaware of green olives used in mexican cooking - I could be wrong though -- probably not going to find this in Austin...a northern thing?

FYI - green, and sometimes black olives are commonly used in veracruzano sauce.

Taco bell also puts black olives on their nachos bellgrande! ;-)
