salad bar in a Phila restaurant

My friend loves salad bars and was planning on going to Fogo de Chao for her birthday lunch on a Saturday. But Fogo de Chao is not open on the weekends for lunch (the only time she can do it since she's coming from out of town.

So, is there another Philly restaurant (or btw Philly & Lancaster) with as varied of a salad bar as Fogo de Chao? She was considering Picanha, but I think their salad bar pales in comparison.
