Late Night Pie? (SEA)

equinoise Jan 20, 2008 07:50 PM

What should be a no-brainer in any metropolis is really stumping me. It is nearly nine on Sunday night. Can I sit in a booth or before a counter somewhere and have a piece of pie or a milkshake? I realize that this question could be subsumed within a general "late night eats" query, but I am looking for a pie/dessert specialist. I know we are short on honest american diners around here, but I'm hoping that I'm overlooking something.

i would be tempted to try the flagship Metropolitan market off Admiral way in W Seattle (haven't tried their pies specifically but some of their other bakery items like the brown butter pear tart are very good and they are 24/7 with seating space.)
