I've googled to no avail so I come to you, chowhounders, with my query. I want to get posters/prints for my kitchen of beef/pork cuts like you would find in a butcher shop. Anybody know any website gems of where these could be attained?

Thanks!

I like the vintage advertising posters like this:

I had a mini fridge calendar last year that had vintage wine & spirit poster reproduced. I'm going to save them for framing.

Try contacting www.Beefinfo.org They gave me a HUGE, 27"x38" laminated poster called the Canadian Beef Merchandising Guide with all the beef cuts, marbeling guides and quality grades for US and Canada. This is a very complete, detailed, and great looking poster.

I think if you go to resources and register as an educator you can get all kinds of stuff.
