I previously read a post about this little place in a strip mall in Orange County, located on Newport Boulevard and Walnut, in Tustin. Anybody know anything about the sushi, or remember where I read about it? Always on the hunt for good eats.
I can't say I've had better sushi any other place in SoCal--incredibly fresh, and expertly prepared. Let the chef choose for you.

Make sure to tell your friends--the place never seems crowded enough for a restaurant that's this good, and I would be crushed if it went out of business.

I went there with a group of 5 coworkers (not at all sushi "connoseurs" either,just sushi fans), and we all were absolutely blown away. None of us had ever experienced this level of sushi. The sushi chef/owner personnally selects his fish, every morning at 4 a.m., from the downtown L.A. fish market. Consequently, his fish is super fresh. He says that because of this, he is able to serve his sushi with slightly warm rice (most every other place uses cold rice, because unless the fish is 100 percent fresh, warm rice would result in some "fishy", off-odors.) It ain't cheap, but it is completely worth the money for the quality of the fish and the dishes that you will be getting.
