any good Italian in Deerfield/Boca/Delray area?

I'm here for a visit and an looking for good Italian restaurants anywhere from north Ft. Lauderdale up to the Delray area. We like it all....from red sauce to Northern cusine ( please no Olive Garden rec's). Also someone recommended a restaurant called Matteo's in the Boca area so any feedback on that would be appreciated. Thanks
We love Sapporisimo's on E. Palmetto Park Rd.
Here's their menu:
As for Matteo's, a woman I work with loves it. She's pretty fussy, so it's probably pretty good. I've never been.
If you don't mind traveling just a little further north to Boynton Beach, there is an excellent Italian restaurant called Portobello in the strip mall at Military Trail and Old Boynton Beach Rd. (just north of Boynton Beach Blvd). The food is great, portions huge and the prices are very reasonable.
Sapporisimo is the real deal for Tuscan-style Italian. It's pricey but the food is exceptional and the owners (Giancarlo and Ana Maria) are really good people.
Pelligrino's is also pricey and just okay. Buy Rao's cookbook and make the same recipes at home.
For something a little more moderate (for So Fla) try Rocky's off Atlantic in Delray Beach (Rocky's Italian Bistro, 20 SE 5th Ave.)
Here are a few more (all of these fall into the "pricey" category):
* Renzo's of Boca 5999 N. Federal Hwy.north of Yamato, http://renzosofboca.com
)* Tramonti 119 E. Atlantic Ave Delray Beach
* Cucina D'Angelo 5050 Town Center Circle, Boca Raton
But given a choice I'd go to Sapporisimo every time.
