Dress code at Chima

We are coming in from AZ for one night pre-cruise. This place really looks great. Do you need reservations? Dress code. That will be a travel day for us so I am wondering how much we will have to change for dinner. If dressy any suggestions for other great casual restaurants. Love excellent food price not an issue but do not want to have to dress up.

  1. I've never been to Chima, but this is South Florida - there's no such thing as a dress code.

Not sure if I'd go in flip-flops and shorts, but pretty much anything else ought to pass muster.

I have, I liked chima but was a bit disappointed -- had high expectations going in - I expected it to be at least as good as plataforma in NYC but it wasn't. Like frod said, there are almost no places that have a dress code in so fla. I had jeans t shirt and sneakers when I went to chima. I called in for reservations but they did not seem difficult to get.

    2. Amazing place. I've eaten there in jeans and a tee shirt. Everyone else was dressed in business casual or nicer. I recommend getting reservations at least one week ahead of time.
