I stumbled on this thread while doing a google search. I have been to my local GFS and can tell you that they do not have/sell aluminum trays. The only compartment trays they seem to sell are the flip-top styrofoam types that are often being used by restaurants as 'doggie bags'. Something to note though; I live in Indiana. When it comes to a national chain like GFS, I would imagine that geography and demographics plays into what they might stock.
