Agave Brunch recs

Going there for brunch this weekend - any recommendations?

    I like the poached eggs on brioche with smoked salmon, spinach and hollandaise. If you have a few people, get an order of fried calamari to share as an appetizer.

      I like the quesadillas best. French toast wasn't eggy enough for my taste, and pancakes are sort of small and anemic.
