Nougatine or Compass for RW dinner

I have a reservations at both Nougatine and Compass for Restaurant Week dinners. Doing both (on different nights of course....) seems a bit over-the-top. But I can't decide which. Looking for some guidance on pros and cons of both. I've been to both for non-RW meals, but don't know how each treats its RW customers. Thanks.

  1. I went to Compass last year at RW and we ended up ordering supplemental things off the menu, just because none of them were featured on the fixed menu. It was enough food, just not their special greatly prepared food. I feel like you would get that at Nougatine no matter what the menu was.

And can I suggest that you choose and then cancel the other reservation you're not using? I am sure another RW Eater would love to have your spot.

    1. Well, Nougatine always has a Restaurant Week type deal availabe. They'll treat you good there on any given week.

      1. Compass has a $35 prix fixe every day of the year. It's very good, but why go during RW?
