what to order at Musha tonight?

I apologize for not perusing the board more thoroughly before posting. I'm in a little time constraint here so if you could quickly tell me what are the must-order dishes at Musha, that'll be great. Much appreciated.

What all did you have and what your favorites? (and what was your final tab?)

Well, let's see... (notice my star rating)

sliced raw ika w/ spicy sauce **
spicy tuna dip w/ rice crackers 1 1/2* (love the rice cracker but tuna was on the bland side)
          seared mackerel (must have) ***
tofu "french fries" ( this is an "ok" item) *
asari (clams w/ garlic sauce) **
          kabocha croquette ***
tuna croquette ( tasty but a little on the dry side) *
kakuni (pork belly w/ potato) **
          fried chicken ***
stir fried asparagus and mushroom **
cha han (spicy fried rice) ***
somen (pan fried w/ garlic) ***
          chocolate "souffle" **
apple tart tartine (seared tableside) ***
cubed steak (char-grill your own on the table) ***

with lots of sake....final tab comes around $200 for 5 of us!
          We were stuffed and happy!

Another vote for marinated mackerel. So tasty and juicy.

Since no one else mentioned it yet, allow me to add the scallop dumplings to the list.

I love the marinated mackerel that is seared at the table, the pork belly and the parmesan risotto.

I always get the risotto finished off in the cheese wheel.

I've only been there once and it was a few years ago but out of the five or six dishes we tried, my friend and I agreed the fried chicken was the best.

My absolute musts are the kakuni (pork belly), the cheese tofu, and the kabocha croquettes. If I'm there with a bigger group, I also love the spicy tuna dip, asari (garlic clams), the ebimayo and the green been salad. You really have to get the the first three things, though.
