Bier Market on King and Portland has it on tap (and has a pretty nice beer selection to boot. In fact, I was more impressed by their beer list than I was of Beer Bistro's beer list).
I went to La Palette for a Saturday night drink, knowing they have a nice beer selection. I was VERY happy to find Delerium Tremens on the menu (draft). I was even happier to see they still have an excellent selection of Belgian and Trappist beer in bottles. and I was extremely happy to see their excellent and unique meat selection on their menu.
so if you're looking for Delerium plus food: definitely La Palette on Queen W between Bathurst and Spadina.

Le Petit Dejeuner on King St East has it on tap. Was there for brunch on Sunday and enjoyed a couple on tap. Great beer and tasty meal. Had been meaning to get there for brunch and was very impressed. Great vibe and quality meal.

We always favoured BeerBistro for Delirium because they age it in the bottle and the flavour develops so nicely. To be honest, I don't like it from the tap - it tastes nothing like the Delirium I tried at BB the first time, a few years ago.
However, they are having trouble getting it in now - it's not on their menu and though I hate to speculate on why or how long it won't be in, I do know that they didn't have any available last week.

Beer Bistro has something called Delirium Tremens 2004, Belgian, listed on its menu. Is that it?
