Has anyone tried Ha Noi Pho?

yes, and they are not very good. i tried them during there first week of opening and the food was very good. i came back 2 more times, a few weeks later, and was very disappointed with the inconsistency in the taste of their food. It tasted like they changed the cook each time i came back....but never again.

their pho is very good. and they are located at the southeast corner of ray and kyrene.
