ok, here are my tentative plans:

    lunch:
    yokohama kaigenro
    LOS
    firefly
    paradise grill

    dinner:
joel robuchon (haven't decided which one yet)
    food express
    fiamma
    nobhill

i'm still open to suggestions especially if there is a definitely don't miss restaurant that i haven't heard about. i'm kind of curious about harbor palace for dim sum, alex, gaetano, guy savoy, fleur de lys, pasta ristorante, and tableu...

i will be staying at the signature at MGM...would love suggestions on places to get snacks/pastries/coffee as well. thank you

DIVE = Slots of Fun (On the strip next to Circus Ciucus): Huge Huge .99 Hot Dogs, suggest you splurge for the Chili Cheese, $1.49 Margaritas and .05 Slot Machines = Great Fun

Friends roll their eyes when I tell them about Slots of Fun ..along with some really $$$$ restaurants, some listed above. All who do go to Slots of Fun come back and always want to talk about the fun that there first.... then about the $$$$ restaurants.

Are you looking for 8 restaurants not already on the above list?

I usually dine off the Strip so here are 8 recommendations:

              Todd's Unique in Henderson
              Firefly
              Pho Kim Long
              Origin India

              For breakfast checkout:
              Peppermill on the Strip
              Blueberry Hill
              Original Pancake House
Broiler @ Boulder Station for Sunday brunch
