Wild Boar Sausage At Hessen Haus, DSM

The Hessen Haus in downtown Des Moines offers a wild boar sausage on a cheese and meat plate and uses it in a few of its other dishes. I don't hear many raves about Hessen Haus but I generally enjoy eating there and particularly love the sausage. I think it comes from Harkers (?) in LeMars but don't know anything else about it. Anybody else know anything about it?
