A good Happy Hour can be found at McCormick and Schmick's with cheap but good appetizers/small meals when you get 2 drinks. My favorite is the burger but the others are good as well.

The Yardhouse has great happy hour specials on food and drinks. It's located on the strip about 3 miles south of Mandalay Bay in the Town Square shopping center.

2nd Yardhouse happy hours; those 1/2 priced apps are a great bang for the buck.

Not sure what days they do it other than Sunday, but Charlie Palmer Steak's bar has half price drinks and apps on Sunday from 4-7 pm.

Charlie Palmer's happy hour is every day, 4-7 pm. Amazing Kobe beef sliders for $9!

Agave on W. Charleston has $.25 tacos and $1 Coronitas for Happy Hour.
This place is sort of Modern Mexican and we had a pretty good meal there. Regardless, $.25 tacos are a rediculous bargain and the different meats are of high quality..

Sushi Ra at the Fashion Show Mall has cheap apps and great prices on drinks from 4-6 or so.

I just hit up LBS's (in the Red Rock) happy hour yesterday. Pretty good deal: 3-6pm, half-off the regular menu & drafts.

Thai Wasabi on Sahara/Tenaya recently started one as well. 3-6pm, Mon-Sat, half-off apps and most sushi.

My and a friend have been going to many the past 2 months in search of the best. So far, the best we've come across is Boa Steakhouse in the new part of the Forum. The menu is the best value of anywhere we've seen(been to about 30-40 over the summer). Best cocktail list as well. Worth a visit.
