Mish Mosh (mish mash?) soup, how do I make it?

Local jewish deli here serves delicious mish mosh soup. Anyone have a recipe to recreate this at home?

You need to have a basic chicken stock base and then throw everytttthing in there: noodles, kreplach, matzo balls, carrots, pieces of chicken. Nothing is too much!

Well, it depends what's in your mish mash soup! Usually a combination of egg noodles, kreplach, matzo balls and chicken broth with pieces of cooked chicken, carrots & onions. Reply with what's in your soup and I can help with recipe.

It includes all of the above! The egg noodles are really thin, i think i saw these packaged at the store. the kreplach and matzo balls are beyond me.
