ISO of Casual Good Eats in Vail Area

A warm Florida Hello to all!

I will be heading out your way with 2 college teens in tow for a much needed cold break.

Would appreciate any recs you have for primarily dinners in the Vail vicinity. We will have a car though its been a while since driving in the snow (hope its like riding a bike:). Looking to ski Vail/BC most days but plan to checkout Brek for one and hopefully also get in some night time runs at Keystone. Ambience and good music would be a plus.
