Making Burgers Tonight - Cast Iron or Grill Pan?
I have both, want to know what will produce better burgers. Thanks
I always used a skillet before I had a grill pan, but never again. They get that same delicious pan-fried flavor that you can't get from a grill, but they haven't been sitting in fat, which helps a lot. The only time I use the skillet instead for just about any meat now is if I'm going to deglaze the pan for a sauce - kinda hard to do with a grill pan!
