CORK - on 14th. - winebar/store?

Does anyone know if this a new winebar - or just a winestore? It replaced my beloved Sparky's - so I hope it's worth it!

          Well we've been, and liked it - but were annoyed that they didn't take reservations. Does anyone know if this policy has changed yet? Do they take reservations yet?

            No reservations. But sometimes if you call ahead as you are on your way they will put you on the list.

      It is going to be a wine bar. There is a good write-up about it on Metrocurean's blog, and it has a website at corkdc.com. It's more of a placeholder, but you CAN sign-up to be added to their mailing list.
