Restaurant on 94th st

It looks like a beach shack located between the airport and Northern. It has a buffet for $7.50. Does anyone know it? It looks very out of place but it fascinates me. I tried calling the number but the person who answered the phone did not speak English.

Gran Rancho Jubilee? I agree it's eye-catching, though if you google it you come up with some interesting articles about problems with the surrounding community (and at least one mention here on Chowhound). Never eaten there myself.

Are you talking about 94th Street in Queens? Is there a 94th Street in Queens? There is a 94th Street in Brooklyn (Bay Ridge) but I never saw a restaurant there like the one you're describing.
