Doesn't Youtube have something. As a chef I started to do some filming for an online website of cooking instruction but it was going to be a pay sight which I think we all came to the conclusion that people wouldn't pay for an online cooking class. We even looked into doing live online interactive classes but it all came to no avail. Isn't there something out there on the WWW? You have to pay to join the sight, but for an annual fee it''s pretty reasonable - I think around $20.
