Whatever Happened to the show Great Chef's of the World. What a great collection of food footage and great recipes. I think that show could have gone to the next level and given Food Network a run for its money.

Wow! That was a lot of reading. The FN really is quite sad. Hasn't anyone started on the internet. Doesn't Youtube have something. As a chef I started to do some filming for an online website of cooking instruction but it was going to be a pay sight which I think we all came to the conclusion that people wouldn't pay for an online cooking class. We even looked into doing live online interactive classes but it all came to no avail. Isn't there something out there on the WWW?

I enjoy the video's on the Cook's Illustrated website. The recipes aren't as haute as Great Chefs, but very informative. You have to pay to join the sight, but for an annual fee it''s pretty reasonable - I think around $20.

Greatchefs has all their cooking shows on Youtube. The channel looks legit and does not seem like a copyright violation. They have over 100 videos on their youtube channel. enjoy
