Does anyone know where I can find a great dish "a la bottarga". I had it the very first time in Florence and fell in love with it. For those who are unfamiliar, it is usually a pasta dish with fish roe as the flavoring. Quite delicious. Drago had a version but it was a little dry for my taste. Thanks in advance.
