Banana nut bread

Please...I know it's not the most exciting thing in this world but I am REALLY wanting some great banana nut bread. Problem......I dont seem to be able to find a recipe that will make 2 loaves and has the flavor of the banana's and also a very vanilla taste. I also do plan to use some toasted pecan's in the recipe if I get a good one. Thanks everyone!!!!

    Martha Stewart's Banana Bread

    1/4 Pound (1 stick butter), room temp
    1 c sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c flour
    1 t baking soda
    1 t salt
    1 c mashed very ripe bananas
    1/2 c sour cream
    1 t vanilla extract
    1/2 c chopped walnuts or pecans

    Preheat oven to 350°F, butter 9X5X3" loaf pan. With an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs beating well. Sift (yeah right) the dry ingredients together and combine with the butter mixture. Blend well. Add the bananas, sour cream, and vanilla. Stir well. Stir in the nuts and pour into the pan. Bake 1 hour until a cake tester comes out clean. Turn out onto a rack to cool.

        GREAT RECOMMENDATION. I have always used this recipe and it is so great. Doubles and freezes well too. Very moist. I recommend cooling in a large Ziploc, sealed. This makes it really moist.
