Has anyone had the burgers at Seymour Burton?
I read the Times review and the burgers at Seymour Burton sound great - anyone tried them?
I tried it last night and was completely blown away. It was thick, juicy, meaty and well-seasoned. I really like Shake Shack burgers (I know they use the same distributor), but this place was better imho b/c they don't overcook theirs. As you've probably read, it comes with cheddar and onions which allowed the beef to really stand out. My conclusion: it's awesome. Also, it comes w/shoestring fries, which I think are sorta wimpy, and aioli. It's a personal thing--I like thick cut fries. With that aside it's totally worth checking out.
