Great to-go lunch salads in Brooklyn Heights?

Hi all,

I'm a sucker for delicious lunch salads -- specifically, I love the places where you pick a small or large salad base and someone mixes the greens with the toppings you want. While these types of delis are all over Manhattan, I just started working in Brooklyn Heights and I haven't found many good options. I know of Hale & Hearty Soups on Remson and Monty Q's on Montague -- does anyone have any other recommendations? Thanks!

          MontyQ, Lassen and Hennigs and Court Order are all owned by the same family, They make up a very nice salad to order with lots of choices. Very fresh!

              I second Zams for a good made-to-order tossed salad. Good toasty sanwiches, too.

              Check out this place. I don't know if they do it the way you describe, but they do a lot of catering for us and their salads are very innovative and delicious. Here's their site.
              I hope it helps :-}
