In Search for Red Velvet - in NH

Folks,

looking for an outstanding bakery in NH for red velvet cake. I've come across a few posts for bakeries in the Amherst/Nashua corridor (Dutch Epicurie, Frederick's etc) that look like they may have it. Aside from any others, I'm wondering if anyone has come across something similar further north in the lakes region?

I know that Hannaford's bakery always has Red Velvet and it looks good!

Thanks, but looking for a smaller bakery, something along the lines of Two Red Hens in NYC.

I can't recommend a bakery but I do have a great recipe if you're feeling ambitious and want to bake one yourself!
