Has anyone been to Bahay Natin on Venice in Culver City and is it any good?
I went once toward the end of the night for them, I guess, as there were only a few items left. Got the pancit, which lacked flavor and had the chicken adobo, upon recommendation by the guy who was working. It was a bit too salty for my taste, but it may just have been an off night. Also got this banana thing that was sweet and soaked in a sugar syrup, since I thought MAYBE it would be like the plantains at Versailles. Tastes a little gingery to me, and the texture was a lot harder. I may go for takeout again (but towards the beginning of the evening lest they run out of choices)... but it's iffy
