Just going by the number 25, I'd say Cuchi Cuchi, 28 Degrees, Via Matta, Eastern Standard, Union, East Coast Grill, Green St.

I second Cuchi Cuchi! It's expensive, but the food is good and the drinks are creative. And the place is decorated so eclectic that you'll never be bored. Check out the website, you can have a good time there!

Eastern Standard is fun, but only is you a get a bar table. Via Matta and Cuchi Cuchi can be a bit expensive, especially as a group. What about Dali or Tapeo? Tapas and sangria can lots of a fun with a group. I've also have position experiences with group dining at Aquitaine and Pho Republique.
