Carrot Ginger Tea Sandwiches
I had the most delicious tea sandwiches at the Huntington Library in San Marino, CA. It had some kind of mixture of cream cheese, ginger and grated carrots. But I am curious about amounts and if there are any other ingredients. Anyone have the recipe, have any suggestions or make anything similar?
